What is the process for OEM production with American factories?

The starting procedure is slightly different depending on whether you have design data or not .

🎨 Why do you need design data?

First of all, design data is essential as a prerequisite for producing products in the United States.

This is because the estimated price is determined by factors such as the number of colors to be printed and whether it is at a level that can be submitted to the factory.

If you don't have design data, you will have to create it first. Conversely, if you don't have design data, you can't proceed .

Accurate pricing can only be calculated once the data is entered.

🇺🇸 America is a business-like country

America is very rational and basically nothing happens unless an order is placed .

Even when we make an inquiry, we often don't get a reply, but once we place an order, the reaction changes completely!

The speed of issuing invoices and processing production is remarkable.

Another strength of America is that once payment is complete, the product is completed exactly on time .

In other words, "If you pay, they move. If you don't pay, they don't move." This is the "American" business style.

📦 The only uncertain factor is overseas shipping

Manufacturing in the US is rational, with clear pricing and delivery times, but there is one uncertainty.

That is "overseas transportation (import)."

Express shipping (FedEx, DHL, etc.) is the norm, but there are often delays at customs .

In particular, if an invoice is not attached, it is not uncommon for customs clearance to be stopped, for our company to check, and for delivery to be delayed by more than a day .

If the weekend falls in between, the delivery may be delayed by 2-3 days , but on the other hand, it may be delivered on the same day.

Strikes, X-ray inspections, and unpacking inspections may result in delays of up to one week .

For this reason, DIGGIT schedules with sufficient lead time .
