Important points to note when submitting your design

This page provides you with some important points to note about your design.

The method for submitting data varies depending on the printing method of the product.

1. For single color prints:

• The data format must be vector art .
• Vector art is data that consists of "lines" drawn on a PC and can be easily color separated. This format is required when submitting to a factory .
• Please provide the size data in actual size .
• The recommended file format is AI (Adobe Illustrator) , but EPS and PDF formats are also acceptable.
• Please specify the printing color . If you need to choose from factory stock colors, please specify the code. In other cases, please specify the color using the Pantone code (Pantone Solid Coated) .

2. For full color printing:

• Please prepare a resolution of at least 150ppi . If the resolution is lower than this, the print may not come out cleanly.
• For products with templates, please upload a full-color image at actual size to the template before submitting the product. The recommended file format is AI (Adobe Illustrator) , but EPS and PDF formats are also acceptable.

3. Unable to create design data:

We also provide support in creating design data, but this will incur a fee.

However, since we outsource the work to a designer, we cannot provide a quote unless you let us know the specific design materials and composition , as well as a specific image of the finished product .

We cannot provide an estimate or assistance with just a vague idea , so please let us know the specific design , even if it is handwritten.
