Can I see the estimated price?
You can view the prices in the "Estimated Price" section of each product page. Some products are still in preparation, or are difficult to estimate, so we do not publish the prices. In that case, please contact us individually.
Can I get a sample of the results?
Most of our products are imported from the US, so unfortunately we cannot provide them for free. Some items do not have samples, so you will need to purchase from our sample stock or have them ordered from the factory. Some products may not be available, so please contact us individually.
How long does it take?
It depends on the product. Please refer to the icon displayed under the product name on each page.
Furthermore, for products with American names on them, delivery can generally take approximately 30 days.
However, these approximate times are based on the assumption that you have all the data you need , that you don't need a physical sample for proofreading , and that you can pay immediately .
In addition, since the products are basically imported from overseas, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Unforeseen things can happen, such as shipments being held up at customs, flights being cancelled due to bad weather, or factories being closed.
Therefore, we strongly recommend that you proceed with plenty of leeway rather than deciding on your order date by calculating backwards from the required production days.
I'm in a hurry. Can you shorten the delivery time?
No. The production time we provide is the minimum number of days required by the factory. The only way to shorten the delivery time is to submit your work and pay the factory promptly .
Can you make pre-production samples?
Generally, in the United States, there is no custom of making pre-production samples for personalized products, and instead, proofreading is done using image images, a process known as "digital proof approval ."
America is a rational country, so for small orders of fewer than a few thousand pieces, a quick proofread is done using a conceptual image, and production begins immediately after proofreading.
If you absolutely need a pre-production sample, we can of course produce one for you, but we will need to quote you separately, and the delivery time for sample production will be the same as for full-scale production (at least two weeks at the earliest).
In the end, making just one sample requires stopping the entire production line, so in terms of effort, there is not much difference between making one item and making 1,000 items.
We recommend proofreading using image images, as it can be done within about three business days before you place your order and is free of charge.
How do I submit my design?
We have "templates" available on most product pages. Place your design on the template and upload the file when you place your order.
Please note that we require submissions in the form of line data drawn on a computer, known as "vector images." Please submit files in AI or PDF format.
A common example is when a customer submits a JPG image simply pasted into an AI file, but JPG images are called "raster images," and are images drawn with dots, so they cannot be submitted in this form. Please note that you will need to submit line data, or "vector images," that trace the image on a computer.
Can you create the data for submission?
If you need help converting logo data or other data brought in by the customer into data for submission to the factory, we can help, but this will cost money (starting from 3,000 yen).
However, we cannot create a design from scratch.
We are simply a company that submits designs received from customers to factories on their behalf and assists in product manufacturing; we are not a design production company.
Therefore, if you don't even have a design, we ask that you first prepare the design yourself, such as by requesting an outsourced designer.
What are the payment methods and terms?
For OEM (manufacturing agency) we ask that you pay 100% in advance in principle.
Using the connections with overseas factories that we have cultivated over the years, we will act as an agent for manufacturing imports and exports.
Orders to factories must be paid 100% in advance. We transfer the product price on behalf of the customer, ensure the product arrives safely, and guarantee its quality... and we receive a commission.
In addition, since the products we manufacture are printed with the client's logos and designs, in the unlikely event of a sale, we cannot sell them or resell them. For this reason, we ask for full payment in advance.

OEM Custom Orders Notes
Thank you for your consideration of OEM custom-ordered products. Please check the following points when ordering custom-ordered products overseas.
Regarding price
In the case of repeat orders, the unit price will fluctuate depending on the quantity, circumstances, exchange rates, etc.
OEM/Custom-made products and sample orders are generally 100% COD, in accordance with the payment terms to the factory.
Regarding delivery time
Please consider the delivery date we provide as a guideline only, not a guaranteed date. As the products are produced and shipped overseas, the delivery date may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as the conditions at the production site, weather, and transportation conditions.

Regarding delivery quantity errors
Regarding overseas production, especially promotional materials in the United States, the global standard is an error of about ±5%. Based on past import records, we are estimating and arranging to keep the error to a minimum, but we ask for your understanding in advance.
▶ Please consult us in advance if there are cases where problems will arise if the required quantity is not secured.
Regarding quality
Since we are an overseas manufacturer, our quality and inspection standards are based on global standards.
▶ Since this is not a Japanese standard, the following items will be delivered as products.
Even after sample production, it is difficult to achieve 100% precision in color matching, uniformity of products, and other arrangements. Especially in the United States, printing and hot stamping on promotional materials are done by hand, so it is difficult to prevent slight color spots, crushed characters, and plate misalignment of a few millimeters due to the manufacturing process. Depending on the packaging conditions, some products may have scratches on each other.

▶ Alternatively, please set the cost price taking into account the inclusion of such ingredients and arrange for quantities with a generous margin.
Regarding inspection
After importing, we inspect the quantity at our company, and as for quality, we use the inspections made by each manufacturer as our quality standards.
Regarding defective products
In the case of defective products or incorrectly delivered products that are beyond our reasonable standards other than those mentioned above, we will deal with the situation by arranging replacement products, etc. Please note that we cannot provide compensation above the sales price from our company or guarantee sales, etc.
Regarding Digital Proof Approval (checking the image without creating a pre-production sample)
This supervision method has many advantages, such as being able to keep costs down even with small-lot orders and shortening delivery times, but since the final confirmation is done using images, there may be discrepancies between the image and the actual finish, such as printing, fine text, smudged lines, etc. Please note that we cannot accept complaints about such content, or offer free replacements, reproductions, or compensation.

▶ If it is difficult to accommodate the gap between the finished product and your image, we ask that you make a sample before production.
